I’m Sophie and as a Registered Midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Hypnobirthing Australia Childbirth Educator also offering debriefing services and a Mum of two, the one thing I am most passionate about is empowering and supporting mothers in their pregnancy, birthing & postnatal journeys.

I believe the key to a positive pregnancy, labour, birthing, breastfeeding and postnatal journey is preparation through down to earth, easy to understand, supportive education and preparation. 

Having navigated all of these aspects of motherhood myself (twice), and witnessed many mothers do the same, my dream and reason for opening this business is to be there to offer education, support and guidance through all of these stages to help reduce the stress, pressure and chances of postnatal trauma so you can instead bask in your newborn bubble and postnatal journey as you so rightfully deserve!
