Our private session can be completed in the comfort of your own home over 4 weeks (3hrs per session), 2 full days, (6hr sessions) or in another format that suits you and your partner.
Private sessions are great as they can be tailored to your specific needs, focusing on sections you need to get most from and having time to make it personalised to you.

The program offered with a group of 2-3 other couples, at my space in Tathra.
This option is run over 2 full days, usually with a week in between sessions.
This option can be great if you like learning alongside others, meeting others who are pregnant/due around the same time as you, and like to bounce off/learn from questions asked in a group environment.

A great option if you can only attend part of the group session. You can attend half the group session, and then attend a private session with me to complete the remainder of the course.
